Privacy information provided pursuant to art. 13 of EU Regulation 2016/679

This information has the purpose of describing the management methods of the website www.paglianiservice.it (hereinafter, the "Site”) with reference to the processing of personal data of individuals who access, use or interact with it (hereinafter, the “User” or the “Users”). 

This is general information provided in compliance with art. 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 relating to the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data, as well as the free movement of such data (hereinafter, the "Regulation" or "GDPR”) to all Users who consult and/or interact with the services provided through the Site by the company Pagliani Service Srl, with registered office in Via Enzo Ferrari, 17 – 00012, Guidonia Montecelio (RM), (hereinafter, the “Society” or the “Holder”).

This information will illustrate the purposes and methods with which the Data Controller acquires and processes the personal data of Users, which categories of data are being processed, what rights the interested parties have pursuant to the Regulation and how they can be exercised.

The information is provided exclusively for the Site, with the Company's exclusion of liability linked to consultations of third-party websites consulted via hyperlinks.

By using the Site, Users are invited to read this information before providing personal information of any kind.

  1. Data acquired when using the Services

The Owner will acquire the personal data provided by the User in the contact forms, in the "Contact us" section (such as: name, surname, telephone number, e-mail address), in order to contact the Owner through the Site.

The provision of such data is optional for browsing the Site, but any refusal to provide it could make it impossible to use the service offered.

  1. Data provided voluntarily by the User

The Data Controller may also process any other information, even of a personal nature, that the User communicates on their own spontaneous initiative through the freely fillable field present in the contact form, in the "Contact us" section.

In this regard, it is specified that the data provided by the User must only concern those strictly necessary in order to use the services offered by the Site. The User is requested not to provide other data, in particular those relating to the state of health, religious beliefs and political opinions or data relating to criminal convictions or crimes. However, these data will not be used by the Data Controller. 

In any case, the provision of such Data is optional to send the contact request, but it may be necessary for the User in order to specify the same.  

The personal data listed above will be processed by the Data Controller exclusively for the purposes and within the limits indicated in the following paragraph.

  1. Purpose and legal basis of the processing.

The categories of data indicated in the previous paragraph will be processed by the Data Controller:

  1. in order to allow the User to navigate the Site and its functioning, the data referred to in the previous paragraph, letter a) will be processed. In this case, the legal basis is identified in the legitimate interest of the Data Controller in the correct functioning of the Site [art. 6, par. 1, letter. f) GDPR];
  2. in order to follow up on a contact request from the User, in the appropriate "Contact us" section. In this case, the legal basis is identified in the execution of pre-contractual measures upon request of the interested party [art. 6, par. 1, letter. b) GDPR].
  1. Categories of subjects to whom personal data may be communicated and purposes of communication

The Data Controller may communicate, for the same purposes indicated in the previous paragraph 2, to subjects within its organization, expressly designated for processing and, therefore, duly instructed by the Data Controller.

The Data Controller may also communicate some of the User's personal data to third parties, who will process their personal data as data controllers pursuant to art. 28 of the Regulation.   1. Data retention period

The Data Controller will retain the data for as long as necessary to pursue the purposes described in this information in paragraph 2. More specifically, the Data Controller will retain your data as follows:

  • for the purposes referred to in letter a), the Data Controller will retain your data for a period of 30 days;
  • for the purposes referred to in letter b), the Data Controller will retain your data for period necessary to process your contact request and, possibly, for a further period to allow the exercise of defense of the same.
  1. Transfers outside the European Economic Area  ("IF IT'S")

The User's personal data will not be processed by the Owner outside the EEA.

  1. Rights of interested parties

The User has the right to exercise the rights provided for by the articles. 15 et seq. of the Regulation, in particular:

  • the right to access personal data and, in particular, to access, as well as request and obtain information regarding the existence of personal data referable to you in the Data Controller's possession;
  • the right to rectification and, in particular, to request and obtain the modification and/or correction of your personal data if you believe they are inaccurate or incomplete;
  • the right to request, in the circumstances referred to in the Regulation, the deletion of personal data or the limitation of the processing relating to the same;
  • the right to request, where appropriate, the portability of personal data;
  • if given, the right to revoke your consent at any time.

Finally, pursuant to current legislation, the User can lodge any complaints regarding the processing of his personal data to the Guarantor Authority for the protection of personal data.
